But I do love my underneath freezer.

vegannifer - the underneath rocks!

carrie - that's pretty funny: hmmm, is this an ice pop? Psych! It's breastmilk.

jessy - coconut sorbet is the bomb. And frozen beans are pretty great - not as great as fresh cooked, but still great, and practically effortless. My next move in that direction is frozen grains, or as Lorna Sass likes to call it "the grain bank".Chessahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05440188511687484278noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36315316.post-61538509984865103252008-10-24T13:30:00.000-07:002008-10-24T13:30:00.000-07:00what a fun post, Chessa! i wish i had your pull ou...what a fun post, Chessa! i wish i had your pull out freezer - it ROCKS! i always forget that you can freeze beans! i need to stop forgetting! and hooray for frozen tomato paste - we do that too - it's so convenient - i love it! coconut sorbet, huh?! i'm totally gonna have to check that out. it sounds goooooood!jessyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01239751125232117374noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36315316.post-64280932606047708382008-10-23T11:22:00.000-07:002008-10-23T11:22:00.000-07:00I have a bottom freezer too, and I love it. It really does make sense, and it has so much more useable space than a side by side does.

Mine's full of bags of frozen beans and vegetable scraps........about a year ago it was so full of frozen breast milk that it had no room for food!! People used to get so freaked out when they'd open to get an ice cube and they'd be confronted with nothing but breast milk!!!!!carriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10930898660451775217noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36315316.post-88254954542213677782008-10-23T09:03:00.000-07:002008-10-23T09:03:00.000-07:00I'm going to look at new refrigerators this aftern...I'm going to look at new refrigerators this afternoon and I would love one with an underneath freezer.

Lots of good eats in your freezer.
