I'm creating some of my own challenges. Specifically:
Meal Planning - creating a plan, and sticking to it.
Dump the dishes - keeping my kitchen sink empty and clean. This means washing dishes as they get dirty.
Packing Lunch - for my husband the night before. This ensures that he takes leftovers, helping me to keep my fridge clear.
